Reinstall Steam, to keep games, go to where you install Steam, move "steamapp" folder outside of Steam folder, then uninstall steam, then ensure Steam folder gone, if not then delete it, then reinstall steam, launch Steam to download client, don't login just exit, move back "steamapp" folder back into Steam folder, click yes to replace, then launch, and login to Steam. ![]() Opt into Beta, then opt our of beta see if issue resolved.
